How much space do I need for the photo booth?  Where should the booth be located at my venue?
Our footprint is 8’x10′.  Ideally, our set-up is in a corner or against a wall.  If you are providing additional props or are requesting a scrapbook, more space will be needed for mingling guests.  We always recommend allowing room for the photo booth as close to the dance floor as possible or near the bar.  We love being in on the party so your guests can have as much fun as possible!

I’m having a theme wedding.  Can I customize the backdrop, table linens, and/or props to match my theme?
Yes. Let us know how we can make the photo booth perfect for your event!

Can the photo strips be customized?
We encourage using our standard design that uses a simple, retro looking white background and reminds your guests where to get their free image downloads.  However, if you would like a custom background, we are happy to work with you in creating the perfect photo print for your event. The standard size of the photo strip is 2”x6”.  Additional sizes available are 4″ x 6″, 3.5″ x 5″, or 5″ x 7″.  Photo strip options are shown on the photo booth contract.

Do I have to download each image one at a time from your website?
All images are available for free download after your event.  We also provide a disk to the event contact (i.e. bride, corporate planner, etc.) that contains all the high resolution images you see in your gallery.  Images available for free download are available in the Photo Booth Client Gallery.

Are images from the photo booth available to be purchased as prints?
We offer a full line of photography products.  Let us know what you’re looking for and we’re likely to have it readily available.  Popular items for the photo booth are listed on our products page.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance to my venue?
Yes, we are fully insured and are happy to provide certificates of insurance upon request.  All certificates are prepared by our insurance agent, and we ask that you provide us with advance notice of any request.  Please supply us with the name of the certificate holder and any additional parties to be listed as additional insured.

Can I get a copy of your contract?
You can download our contract here.  Contracts can be returned to us via email at info@laughingtulips.com or mailed to us.  Please contact us to verify we’re available for your date.

Where do I send payment?  Can I pay online?
Make checks payable to “Laughing Tulips” and mail to the address listed on your invoice.  You can also make online payments by following the link shown on your invoice.  Online payments are accepted via personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard.  When using PayPal we’ll send you a pay request via email when you let us know this is your preferred payment method.

What is the deposit?
There is a $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve a photo booth.

Do you offer any additional products or services?
